Cub Cadet Mystery Creek Fieldays Promotion 2024 - Terms and Conditions

The "Cub Cadet Field Days Promotion 2024" (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion") is valid from the 14th to the 21st of March 2024 (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotional Period"). To be eligible for the Promotion, customers must purchase a Cub Cadet ride-on mower from any Cub Cadet dealer or at the CD Field Days event during the Promotional Period.

Customers can enjoy the following savings based on their total purchase amount:

Save $300 when you spend a minimum of $6,000 on a Cub Cadet ride-on mower.

Save $400 when you spend a minimum of $8,000 on a Cub Cadet ride-on mower.

Save $500 when you spend a minimum of $10,000 on a Cub Cadet ride-on mower.

The savings will be applied at the time of purchase and deducted from the total purchase amount.

The Promotion is also valid in any Cub Cadet Dealer during the same Promotional Period.

The Promotion is subject to availability and while stocks last.

The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless otherwise specified.

The savings are not redeemable for cash or any other form of compensation.

Any returns or refunds of purchased items will be subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer where the purchase was made.

The Promotion is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice at the discretion of the promoter.

The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and may request proof of purchase or identification.

By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The Promotion is governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes arising in connection with the Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
